摘要

在矿山基建工程的建设过程中,对于工程成本的预算管理及施工质量的保证是每个施工单位都必须要重视起来的问题。如果对矿山基建工程的成本不能做到准确的预算与管理,就会在很大程度上影响到工程的施工进度,导致矿山基建工程经济效益的降低。因此,为了能保证施工效率与施工质量,并实现经济效益的提升,就需要做好矿山基建成本预算及管理工作,基于此,本文对矿山基建成本预算与管理进行分析与论述。
        In the construction process of mine infrastructure engineering, the budget management of engineering cost and the assurance of construction quality are the problems that every construction unit must pay attention to. In order to ensure the construction efficiency and construction quality, and achieve the improvement of economic benefits, it is necessary to do a good job in the mine construction cost budget and management, based on this, this paper analyzes and discusses the mine construction cost budget and management.
