摘要
为解决山区生态清洁小流域三道防线划分过程中参考指标模糊和划分方法不明确的问题,对三道防线的内涵、措施体系布设和现有划分方法等相关文献进行研究,结合北京市典型清洁小流域建设情况调研,提出并实例验证了小流域三道防线小尺度划分方法:坡度是确定生态自然修复区范围的关键性指标,25°是划分标准;由河道管理范围及河湖滨岸缓冲带宽度、截污工程宽度确定河湖库周边生态保护区;生态自然修复区和河湖库周边生态保护区之间的范围即为综合治理区。
        In order to solve the problem that the reference indicatorswere blurred and the method of division was not clear in the process of dividing the three lines of defense in the small watersheds in mountainous areas, the research on the connotation, layout measures and existing division methods of the three lines of defense was combined with the typical clean small watersheds in Beijing. Combining with the survey of construction situation, it proposed and verified the small-scale division method of the three-way defense line in the small watershed: the slope is the key indicator for determining the scope of the ecological natural restoration area, 25° is the slope division boundary; the river management scope, the river and lake shore buffer zone width and the width of the interception project determines the remediation area around the river and lake reservoir; the area between the ecological natural restoration area and the remediation area around the river and lake reservoir is the comprehensive treatment area.
