摘要

"一带一路"建设为提升地方高等教育国际化水平提供了巨大动力。"一带一路"背景下地方高等教育国际化发展新格局发展策略,具体包括:针对人才缺口现象培养"一带一路"新型人才、优化孔子学院建设与布局、强化高校智库服务以及提升地方高等院校国际化水平。运用SWOT分析法构建烟台职业学院国际化发展建议,即在继承优良传统基础上结合本地区对外开放需要,树立自身教育品牌,提升本校国际教育中的竞争力。
        The "Belt and Road" construction has provided tremendous impetus for improving the internationalization level of local higher education. The following strategies are suggested for developing the new pattern for internationalization development of local higher education under the background of "One Belt and One Road": training new talents of "One Belt and One Road" in line with the talent gap, optimizing the construction and layout of Confucius institutes, strengthening the think tank service, and promoting the level of international development. In this regard, this paper puts forward the suggestions of constructing the international development by using SWOT analysis method for Yantai Vocational College: taking into account of the needs of opening up to the outside world on the basis of inheriting the fine tradition, establishing its own education brand, and enhancing its competitiveness in international education.
