摘要
为了解不同功能型水库的浮游藻类群落结构特征,于2017年枯水期、平水期对汤河水库和葠窝水库进行了浮游藻类的采样及鉴定。结果表明,不同水期2座水库的浮游藻类群落构成相似,枯水期为硅藻—绿藻型,平水期为绿藻—硅藻型。枯水期2座水库浮游藻类密度相近,平水期汤河水库高于葠窝水库。汤河水库在不同水期浮游藻类优势种不同,葠窝水库2个水期优势种相似。不同水期2座水库的Shannon-Wiener指数评价结果不同。综合营养状态指数评价结果显示,不同水期2座水库均处于中营养状态水平。
        In order to explore the phytoplankton structure characteristics in different functional reservoir,the sampling and identification of phytoplankton were carried out in Shenwo Reservoir and Tanghe Reservoir in dry season and level period,2017. The results showed that:the phytoplankton structure was similar in the two reservoir in different period. The phytoplankton structure was Diatom-Chlorella type in dry period and Chlorella-Diatom type in level period. The density of phytoplankton was similar in the two Reservoir in dry period. The density of phytoplankton in Tanghe Reservoir was higher in level period. The dominant planktonic algae species of Tanghe Reservoir were different in different period. The dominant species of Shenwo Reservoir were similar in different period.The Shannon-Winner index evaluate results of the two reservoirs in different period were different. Comprehensive nutrition state index evaluation indicated that the two reservoir were in moderate nutritional status in different water period.
