摘要
贫、尾矿中细粒矿物含量高,常规选矿回收难度较大。微细粒浮选主要针对0.1μm~7μm的微细粒矿物,通过对矿粒预处理、新型细粒浮选设备和高效浮选药剂开发,结合常规选矿方法来实现有用组分回收,可提高精矿回收率。
It is difficult to recycle useful components by conventional beneficiation because of the high content of fine particle mineral in lean ore and tailings. Fine particle flotation,which aimed at 0.1μm~7μm minerals, took mineral pretreatment, developed new flotation devices and highly efficient flotation agents in addition, and combined with conventional processing methods after flotation to recycle useful components and improve the concentrate recovery rate.
