摘要
煤矿皮带运输设备具备较多种类,且呈现分散布置特点,全线距离较远。因此,在改造皮带运输网络化系统时具备多种监控方案。本文分析了煤矿皮带运输网络化的监控改造需求,由灵活性、成本、开发周期以及性能等方面分析了网络化监控系统的结构与实现方式,以期为此后煤矿企业皮带运输系统的网络化改造工作提供更多的借鉴依据。
Coal mine belt conveyor equipment has a variety of types, and presents the characteristics of decentralized layout, the whole line is far away. Therefore, there are many monitoring schemes in the transformation of belt transportation network system. This paper analyses the requirements of monitoring and transformation of coal mine belt transportation network, and analyses the structure and implementation of network monitoring system from the aspects of flexibility, cost, development cycle and performance, so as to provide more reference for the network transformation of coal mine belt transportation system in the future.
