摘要

炼油工业具有技术复杂、工艺繁琐、危险性高等特点。在生产过程中具有易燃易爆、高温、高压等危险因素,给炼油企业工资人员和设备安全带来了一定的威胁。因此,针对炼油生产过程中的种种危险因素,要制定高效可行的安全管理措施。文章结合实践,对众多炼油企业的存在的问题、危险因素进行了分析,并提出了合理的安全管理措施,对于炼油企业的安全生产具有重要意义。
        The refining industry is characterized by complex technology, cumbersome processes and high risks. In the production process, there are risk factors such as inflammable, explosive, high temperature and high pressure, which pose certain threats to the salary personnel and equipment safety of oil refining enterprises. Therefore, it is necessary to formulate efficient and feasible safety management measures for various risk factors in the refinery production process. Combining years of work experience, this paper analyzes the problems and risk factors of many refining enterprises, and puts forward reasonable safety management measures, which is of great significance for the safe production of oil refining enterprises.
