高职工程测量课程学徒制培养模式研究——以道路桥梁工程技术专业为例

摘要

目前工程测量学徒制在实施过程中存在校企合作实施难、实践环节薄弱、顶岗实习缺乏监管、实训资源投入不足等问题。为此,基于道路桥梁工程技术专业工程测量学徒制培养模式,高职院校要推进课程改革,多渠道建立双师型教师培训考核机制,改革教师职称评聘制度,同时教育主管部门要协调管理各院校间实训基地。
        At present, there are some problems in the implementation of engineering surveying apprenticeship system,such as the difficulty of school-enterprise cooperation, the weakness of practice links, the lack of supervision of post practice, and the insufficient investment of practical training resources. Therefore, based on the apprenticeship training mode of road and bridge engineering technology, higher vocational colleges should promote course reform, establish double-qualified teacher training and assessment mechanism through multiple channels, reform the teacher title assessment system, and education authorities should coordinate and manage the training bases among colleges to improve the teaching quality.
