基于模糊综合评价法的高温湿热地区居住区户外活动空间研究——以福州市18个社区为例

摘要
以福州市18个居住小区户外活动空间为研究对象,以居民的交往休憩、集体娱乐、步憩穿行、健身康体、休闲看护五类活动需求为基础,运用基于模糊数学理论的模糊综合评价法进行居民满意度调查,建立了空间设计、活动设施、辅助设施、管理服务、空间环境和情感互动共6个一级指标24个因子的满意度评价指标体系,定量分析居民对居住区户外活动空间满意度.结果表明:居民对管理服务、空间设计的满意度高,表现为较高的体验认同;对活动设施与空间环境的满意度较低.进一步将24个因子分布在重要性-满意度矩阵分布模型上,在对各类因子进行优先级排序的基础上,提出了提高和改善居住区户外活动空间居民满意度优化策略.
The outdoor activity space of 18 residential areas in Fuzhou were taken as the research object in this paper.Based on the demands of residents' 5 types of activities such as communicating,group entertainment,walking,physical exercise,and caring for children leisurely.In order to quantitatively analyze the satisfaction of residents in the residential outdoor activity space,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation approach was used to research.A satisfaction evaluation system consisting of 6 first-level indicators and 24 factors was established,which were space design,activity facilities,auxiliary facilities,management services,space environment and emotional interaction.The results showed that residents had high satisfaction with management services and space design,and showed a high level of experience recognition.But they havd relatively lower satisfaction with the activity facilities and space environment.Furthermore,the 24 factors were distributed on the importance-satisfaction matrix distribution model.Based on sorting the priority of various factors,the optimization strategy for improving residents' satisfaction in the residential outdoor activity space was proposed.
