摘要

针对不同行业不同规模的项目,国家需要培养工程管理专业的复合型人才。论文指出了在工程管理专业人才培养模式中存在的一些问题,分析了大类招生对于人才培养的优势,就工程管理专业人才培养模式的改革与实践进行了探讨。
        According to different projects in different industries and scales, China needs to train compound talents of engineering management specialty. This paper points out some problems existing in the talents training mode of engineering management specialty,analyzes the advantages of classified enrollment for talents training, and probes into the reform and practice of the talents training mode of engineering management specialty.
