环氧沥青桥面黏结防水层试验研究

摘要
桥面铺装防水黏结层是桥面系的一个重要功能层。传统的改性乳化沥青及改性沥青黏结力大多小于0.7 MPa,抵抗汽车荷载作用下的剪切作用有限。环氧沥青是一种热固性材料,常温下抗剪切和抗拉拔强度均大于1.0 MPa,在常温及高温下均可满足车辆荷载的作用。从试验结果和使用状况可以得出,环氧沥青黏结层对桥面使用耐久性乃至对桥梁结构均有很好的保护作用。
        The adhesive and waterproof layer of bridge deck pavement is an important functional layer in bridge deck system. The adhesion of traditional modified emulsified asphalt and modified asphalt is mostly smaller than 0.7 MPa with limited resistance against shearing action under vehicle loads. The epoxy asphalt is one of thermosetting materials with anti-shearing and anti-pull strength bigger than 1.0 MPa at normal temperature, which can satisfy vehicle loads at both normal temperature and high temperature. It was concluded from experimental results and service condition that epoxy asphalt adhesive layer had good protective effect on durability of bridge deck and bridge structure.
