基于距离协调度模型的资源型城市转型主导产业选择研究

摘要
资源型城市经过一段时间的快速发展后开始出现颓势,为实现资源型城市的科学转型,本文以城市转型途径中的产业转型为研究对象,借助距离协调度模型对城市主导产业的选择进行了定量分析。首先,总结相关文献建立产业与经济协调发展评价体系并用层次分析法确定各指标权重;然后,根据建立的指标体系与距离协调度模型对产业发展子系统与经济发展子系统之间的系统协调度进行了计算;最后,以黄石市为例进行实证分析,分别对黄石市多个产业与经济发展之间的系统协调度进行了测算,根据结果分析总结并提出相关建议。
        After a period of rapid development,resource-based cities begin to show signs of decline.In order to realize the scientific transformation of resource-based cities,this paper takes the industrial transformation in the urban transformation path as the research object,and quantitatively analyzes the choice of urban leading industries by means of the distance coordination model.Firstly,the authors summarize the relevant literature to establish an evaluation system for the coordinated development of industry and economy,and use the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each indicator.Then,according to the established index system and distance coordination model,the system coordination degree between the industrial development subsystem and the economic development subsystem is calculated.Finally,taking Huangshi city as an example for empirical analysis,the system coordination degree between several industries and economic development in Huangshi city is measured,and the results are analyzed and summarized.
