摘要
针对沈阳南部污水厂二沉池出水总磷进行了化学除磷研究,考察了喷雾型净水PAC、滚筒型污水PAC、复合型絮凝剂和聚合硫酸铁4种除磷药剂的除磷效率。结果表明,4种化验药剂的除磷效率排序如下,复合型絮凝剂>滚筒型污水PAC>喷雾型净水PAC>聚合硫酸铁。生产应用表明,采用复合型絮凝剂投加量为18 mg/L时,絮凝除磷效果最好,P含量即可降到0.45 mg/L以下,大幅度降低了药剂成本
        The chemical phosphorus removal from the effluent of the secondary sedimentation tank of the sewage treatment plant in southern Shenyang was studied. The phosphorus removal efficiencies of 4 kinds of phosphorus removal agents, spray type water purification PAC, roller type sewage PAC, composite flocculant and polymeric ferric sulfate, were investigated. The results showed that the phosphorus removal efficiencies of the 4 kinds of chemical agents were as follows: compound agent >roller type PAC >spray type PAC >polymerized ferric sulphate. The production application showed that when the dosage of compound phosphorus removal agent was 18 mg/L, the flocculation phosphorus removal effect was the best, and the phosphorus content could be reduced to less than 0.45 mg/L, thus greatly reducing the cost of the agent.
