摘要

以古泉换流站为工程背景,介绍挖掘机和自卸汽车的特点、生产率的计算和选用,铲运机的特点、生产率的计算、作业过程和选用.根据挖掘机、自卸汽车和铲运机的定额,在运距1000 m范围内和挖方工程量1191416m3对比分析挖掘机配合自卸汽车和铲运机的造价费用,最后得出铲运机可降低工程费用2463992元.
        Taking Guquan converter station as engineering background,it introduces the characteristics of excavator and dump truck,the calculation and selection of productivity,the characteristics of scraper,the calculation of productivity and the process and selection of scraper operation. According to the ration of excavator,dump truck and scraper,the cost of excavator with dump truck and scraper can be compared and analyzed in 1000 m range and excavation quantity 1191416 m3,finally,it is concluded that the scraper may reduce the project cost by 2463992 yuan.
