海口城市河流湿地生态修复服务功能价值评估

摘要
采用工程措施对海口市区水体进行了系统治理和生态修复,城市水环境状况明显得到改善和提升。为了评估此次系统治理和生态修复带来的直接或间接服务价值,采用市场价值法、影子工程法、价格替代法、碳税法、工业制氧法、生态价值法等评价方法,测算了海口城市水体修复的调蓄洪水功能价值、水质净化价值、休闲娱乐价值、文化科研价值、固碳释氧价值、生物栖息地价值、产品供给价值、供水服务价值。结果显示:每年海口城市水体生态修复后提供的生态系统服务功能价值约为4543万元,其中水质净化价值最大为2888万元,占比63.5%;休闲娱乐的服务价值次之1065万元,占比23.4%。
        The condition of water environment has been significantly improved and ascend with water system management and ecological restoration by using engineering measures to the urban river water in Haikou city. In order to evaluate the direct and indirect service values with the system control and ecological restoration, this paper uses some value methods such as market value method, shadow engineering method, price alternative method, carbon tax law method, industrial oxygen method, ecological value evaluation methods, to measure the water repair bio-productivity function value, the water quality purification value, leisure and entertainment value, cultural value, and carbon sequestration oxygen release value, biological habitat value, product supply value, water supply service value. The results show that the value of the ecosystem service function provided by the ecological restoration of Haikou City is about 45.43 million yuan each year, of which the maximum value of water purification is 28.88 million-yuan, accounting for 63.5%; the service value of leisure and entertainment is 10.65 million, accounting for 23.4%.
