摘要
目的:了解天津市放射工作人员参加辐射安全与防护初级培训基本情况,为掌握天津市整体辐射安全管理水平提供依据。方法:采用"天津市辐射安全与防护初级培训报名表",采集参加初级培训的3524名放射工作人员基本情况,并对结果进行统计分析。结果:参加培训的3524名放射工作人员来自天津市16个区的621家医学和非医学应用单位,其中男性占73.3%,女性占26.7%,年龄构成以31~40岁为主,文化水平以本科和专科为主,地区以滨海新区为主。结论:参加天津市辐射安全与防护培训的医学应用与非医学应用领域在单位特性、人员构成及所属地区分布方面均呈不同差异,与行业特点相对应,反应天津市辐射行业分布的整体情况,为了解天津市辐射安全与防护整体水平提供数据支持。
        Objective: To grasp the basic situation that radiation workers took part in primary training of radiation safety and protection in Tianjin, and to provide basis for mastering the overall management level of radiation safety in Tianjin. Methods: "The registration form of primary training for radiation safety and protection in Tianjin" was adopted to collect basic information of 3524 radiation workers who participated in the primary training, and the results were analyzed by using statistical methods. Results: The3524 radiation workers who participated in the training were recruited from 621 medical and non-medical application units in 16 districts of Tianjin. And 73.3% of them were males and 26.7% of them were females. In age composition, the main age range was from 31 to 40 years old. And the education level of them was mainly bachelor degree and junior college degree. The region of them was mainly in Binhai new district. Conclusion: The medical application and non-medical application persons who participated in the training of radiation safety and protection in Tianjin were different in terms of unit characteristics, personnel composition and regional distribution. The differences that corresponding to the characteristics of this industry reflect the overall situation of distribution of the radiation industry in Tianjin. All of these provide data support for grasping the overall level of radiation safety and protection in Tianjin.
