摘要
通过建设地方危险废物综合管理信息平台,进一步提高地方危险废物监督管理能力,提高危险废物环境管理水平、综合决策能力、环境监管能力及公共服务能力,满足地方危险废物的信息化管理需求,实现危险废物管理大数据分析和决策支持,促进经济与环境的协调发展和环境质量的改善。采用物联网、大数据等技术,对危险废物产生、转移、处置、再利用等环节的数据和相关信息进行实时采集和汇总,准确、直观、快捷地记录和反映危险废物全生命周期的实时动态情况,通过信息传送网络,将分散、独立的信息进行有效整合和汇总,实现危险废物数据信息的统一监控、管理、存储和展示。研究采用大数据分析技术对数据进行加工利用,通过模型分析等方法,实现趋势预测等服务,为管理提供决策支持。本文分别对背景、目标、管理现状和业务需求等相关内容进行分析研究。
        Through the construction of the local information platform for the integra ted management of hazardous wastes, it could further improve the local supervision and management ability of hazardous wastes, improve the environmental management level, synthetic decision abilities, environmental supervision ability and public service ability of hazardous wastes,to meet the needs of local information management of hazardous wastes, and realize the big data analysis and decision support of hazardous wastes management, to promote the coordinated development of economy and environment, to improve environmental quality. With the technology of internet of things and big data, the data and related information of hazardous waste generation, transfer, disposal and reuse can be collected and aggregated in real time, and the real-time dynamic situation of the whole life cycle of hazardous waste can be accurately, visually and quickly recorded and reflected. Through the information transmission network, the data will be dispersed and independent. Information is effectively integrated and aggregated to achieve the unified monitoring, management, storage and display of hazardous waste data. The research uses big data analysis technology to process and utilize data. Through model analysis and other methods, it realizes trend prediction and other services, and provides decision support for management. In this paper, the background, objectives, management status and business needs are analyzed and studied.
