摘要
结合环境风险系统理论理念,从流域基础风险等级、移动源风险等级2个层面提出了适用于甘肃省环境风险现实特点的流域环境风险评估模型,旨在为各级生态环境管理部门有效管控流域环境风险、建立完善风险防控体系提供基础技术支撑。
        The potential environmental risks in Gansu basin are prominent. There are many enterprises with environmental risks distributing in the main trunks and tributaries of the Yellow River, Yangtze River and inland rivers in Gansu Province. Transportation routes of dangerous chemicals paralleling or acrossing rivers are common,which constitute the environmental layout and overlapping risks in Gansu basin. It is of great practical significance to understand the current situation of regional risk and put for-ward risk control measures scientifically by environmental risks assessment in the basin.Based on the theory of environmental risk system, this paper puts forward a watershed environmental risk assessment model which is suitable for the actual characteristics of environmental risk in Gansu Province from two aspects of basin basic risk level and mobile source risk level, aiming at effectively managing and controlling the environmental risk of watershed and establishing and perfecting the risk prevention and control system for the ecological environment management departments.
